Payments
You may remit payment to the Court in one of the following ways:
* In person at 123 Downs Dr., Ruidoso Downs, NM 88346 using cash, check, money order or credit/debit card. There is a three (3%) percent convenience fee for using a card.
* By telephone at (575) 378-5316 with your credit card information. Please know there is a three (3%) percent convenience fee when using a card.
* Using the drop box located at 123 Downs Dr., Ruidoso Downs, NM 88346 with check or money order. Please ensure your name is legible. Please note the Court will not accept personal checks to clear up Warrants or NSF fees.
* Via USPS using P.O. Box 668, Ruidoso Downs, NM 88346 with check or money order.
* If sending via UPS or Fedex, please send to 123 Downs Dr., Ruidoso Downs, NM 88346.
Please make checks and money orders payable to Ruidoso Downs Municipal Court.
Penalty Assessment Citations
A Penalty Assessment citation is a citation that you agreed to pay at the time you received it. You have thirty (30) days from the date you receive the citation to remit payment to this Court. Failure to pay these citations will result in a bench warrant for your arrest.
